Joshua Waitekus, LPTA

Tidewater Community College, Associates in Applied Science, 2017

Cayce/Reilly School of Massage, 2007

Joshua Waitekus is a physical therapist assistant who specializes in manual therapy. Before working as a PTA Josh practiced as a licensed massage therapist for ten years, where he was the second most requested therapist in the county for the company he was working for. Finding the most relief for his own body's dis-ease through manual therapy, it has been his joy and mission to give this back to his patients. He was able to learn myofascial release directly from the originator of the technique, John F. Barnes, a great honor. And since coming to Integrative Josh has expanded his manual therapy skill set in many more ways. Josh is an avid learner and kind therapist who wants the best for every patient he encounters.

When Josh is not helping his patients he enjoys playing guitar and singing, as well as riding an electric skateboard called a onewheel.

Let Josh help you on your road to decreased pain and soft tissue restriction, better movement, and greater wellness.
