Physical Therapist Assistant

Jessica is a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant who is passionate about providing a fun and rewarding environment to assist patients in reaching their goals. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Penn State University in 2014. After completing her undergraduate degree, Jessica gained valuable experience working as an outpatient physical therapy technician. In 2019, she obtained her Physical Therapist Assistant degree from Tidewater Community College and began working in both outpatient and acute care settings. Her clinical interests include pelvic floor physical therapy, corrective exercise, and deepening her understanding of integrative manual therapy and visceral mobilization.  An avid learner, Jessica is constantly adding to her therapy skillset with courses in corrective exercise, foot & ankle mechanics, and Pilates just to name a few. Much loved by her patients and co-workers alike, INTEGRATIVE is fortunate to have such a fun and fabulous therapist join our team.

Outside of the office, Jessica is a foodie who loves cooking and creating recipes. When she’s not in the kitchen, she enjoys gardening, and kayaking and hiking with her husband, Stephen (who is also a physical therapist), and their dog, Bane.
