Krysia is a Certified Polestar Pilates for Rehabilitation instructor and loves to teach others about manual therapy.

Krysia opened INTEGRATIVE in 2003 in an effort to fulfill her desire to provide quality, skilled care as a therapist while also being a mom to two active (and amazing) kids. And still today, Krysia works and leads with a service and growth mindset; she eagerly continues her pursuit of advanced skills to provide the best care possible. Through her passion to serve and her dedication to continuous advancement, Krysia has created a wonderful team of caring therapists at INTEGRATIVE.
